The project is made up of two main units : Building A : located along the "boulevard Général Jacques" includes 70 aparthotel units, which enjoy highly qualitative services and 29 apartments. On the ground floor level, there will be a corner shop and a restaurant. A health-club and a private club will also be included in the service offer for the aparthotel residents. The underground levels comprise 97 parking spaces. Building B : located along the private road and surrounding the existing block, it includes 79 apartments, a 86-bedrooms rest- and care home with service area, retail areas and public facilities (the listed ice cellars). The underground levels include 102 parking spaces.
The Green Square project integrates the concept sustainable architectural design. In this respect, the buildings are conceived in compliance with criteria of environmental integration, preservation of natural resources and sustainability of solutions.
